This latest design incorporates a membrane keypad and LCD display, and is for continuous monitoring and control of water to multiple wash basins and WCs. It monitors via wall mounted touch sensors the length of time any device can be supplying water and will initate a lockout of water supply if a preset number of operations is exceeded within a preset time window. 

The whole system conserves water and prevents flooding if taps are broken or drains deliberately blocked.
